levels and mobility needs (including chair options when appropriate).
Classes are held live on Zoom, so you can follow clear step-by-step instruction, ask questions, and stay
consistent with a supportive community—no matter where you live. All you need is a small space to move,
comfortable clothing, and an internet connection.
